“Sharp,” “we,” and “us” mean Sharp Cleaning Solutions, a cleaning services business operating in the Charlotte–Concord, North Carolina, United States. “You” means the person or company using this website.

Information on this site, including service descriptions and estimates, is for general information. Submitting a Contact us message or a service request is an inquiry, not an accepted job. A cleaning engagement exists only when we issue a written quote, work order, or contract and you accept it. Prices, availability, and scope can change until then.

For a cleaning job, use Services and select a category. The homepage Contact us form is for general questions. We may ask you to submit a service request if you need a quote or walkthrough.

Customer profiles are opened with a one-time email code or Google sign-in. You are responsible for the email address you use and for activity on that profile. Do not share sign-in codes. We may suspend an account if we reasonably believe it is being misused.

You agree that information you submit is accurate, that you are at least 18 years old, and that you will not:

• submit false or misleading property or contact details;
• use the site to spam, scrape, or probe our systems;
• post unlawful, harassing, or infringing content;
• attempt to access staff tools without authorization.

Walkthroughs and quotes, when offered, are typically free and without obligation. Scheduling, access, cancellation, and payment terms for actual cleaning work are set in the written agreement for that job. If a crew cannot access a site at the agreed time because of your access instructions, we may charge a trip or wait fee as stated in that agreement.

The site’s text, layout, logos, photographs, and software are owned by Sharp or our licensors. You may view the site for personal or internal business use. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse our content for a competing service without written permission. See our Copyright page for ownership and DMCA notices.

Sign-in email is sent through our email provider. Google sign-in is operated by Google under Google’s terms. Social media links leave our site. We are not responsible for third-party sites or their privacy practices.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY NORTH CAROLINA AND UNITED STATES LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful code.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHARP AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE WEBSITE ITSELF WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). This limit does not apply to liability that cannot be limited under North Carolina law, and it does not replace the liability terms in a signed cleaning contract.

You will defend and hold Sharp harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent we caused the harm.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that exclusive venue for disputes relating to the website is the state or federal courts located in Cabarrus County or Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

We may revise these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
