We collect information you give us and a small amount of technical data needed to run the site:

• Contact us form: name, company (optional), phone, email, and your message.
• Service requests: name, email, phone, property details, preferred schedule, and messages you exchange with our team after you create a customer profile.
• Customer profile: email, name, optional phone, and sign-in method (one-time email code or Google sign-in).
• Staff operations: work email or phone for Sharp employees who use the operations panel.
• Technical data: IP address used only to rate-limit abuse, and session cookies that keep you signed in.

We use this information to:

• reply to questions and service requests;
• prepare quotes, walkthroughs, and cleaning schedules;
• authenticate your account and keep your session secure;
• email one-time sign-in codes and request updates;
• protect the site against spam and abuse;
• meet legal, insurance, and record-keeping duties.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

This site sets first-party session cookies so a signed-in customer or staff member stays signed in on that device. We do not set advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy before any tracking is turned on.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate: our email delivery provider (currently Resend) to send sign-in codes and notices, and our database host (MongoDB) to store records. Those providers may process data in the United States. We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect people or property.

Contact messages, service requests, and customer profiles are kept for as long as needed to serve you and keep business records, then deleted or de-identified when they are no longer required. Sign-in codes expire within minutes. Session cookies expire after a period of inactivity.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us what personal information we hold, to correct it, to delete it, or to receive a copy. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA.

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and hashed session cookies. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Please do not send payment card numbers through the contact form or request messages.

We may update this policy as our practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
